i was laying in bed the other night thinking about the springrolls we are putting on the spring/summer menu.   i wanted to use some of my new found MG skills but didnt know where.  i remember thinking how much i hate using those silly rice paper wrappers.  so i came up with this.  coconut milk and mirin with a little kappa and poured out on a sheet tray to set.  then cut the size of a wonton wrapper.  i did a few test rolls with ok results.  still needs some work but i think i can make it thin enough to make a flavored springroll wrapper.   lets put the coconut on the outside.
